Im convinced that their lifestyle has been developed by their stress on having too much forced time for restful and doing nothing. That being said, I believe that it is important to have a schedule to follow week by week to put one over sure that we are able to complete important tasks, just I also know that it is easy to become over whelmed if we go intot take some amount of ! time to relax.
